We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Solistra. If you’re not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receiving the item.

Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. You are responsible for ensuring the item is safely returned to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to prevent the package from getting lost.

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 45 working days for the refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
