We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Solistra. If you’re not happy with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receiving the item.

Return Requirements:

• Items must be unused and in their original condition with tags attached.

• Return shipping is at the customer’s expense. You are responsible for ensuring the item is safely returned to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to prevent the package from getting lost.

Refund Process:

• Once we receive your return, please allow up to 45 working days for the refund to be processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items:

• If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us immediately with your order number and photos of the damage. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exchanges:

• Due to the personal nature of some products, exchanges are not accepted. Please double-check your order before making a purchase.

Non-Returnable Items:
